Use of Provided Content and Product Information

The content, data and product information provided on this website, in particular within the VAH List, are intended exclusively for the proper use of the services offered by the Association of Applied Hygiene (VAH) and for the individual information of users.

Any reproduction, storage, duplication, distribution, publication, automated extraction or other use or exploitation of the provided content and product information beyond the use intended by the VAH is prohibited without the prior express consent of the VAH. This applies in particular to the complete or partial use of product data, product descriptions, certification information, fields of application, contact times, concentrations, manufacturer information and any other information contained in the VAH List.

In particular, without the prior express consent of the VAH, it is prohibited to use the provided content or product information

• by incorporating it into or making it available in proprietary or third-party databases, directories, portals, software products, applications or other information systems;
• by systematically extracting or collecting it using automated methods, including web crawling, web scraping, bots, scripts, interfaces or comparable technical methods;
• for the creation, supplementation or updating of proprietary or third-party product databases or product directories;
• for commercial information, comparison, analysis or information services, or by making it available to third parties for such purposes;
• for the training, development, improvement or operation of artificial intelligence systems, machine learning processes, Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems or comparable automated systems;
• by permanently storing, indexing, analysing, combining or using it through automated systems for the purpose of responding to queries from third parties.

This applies regardless of whether the content is accessed manually or automatically and regardless of whether its use directly serves commercial purposes.

The use of individual pieces of information remains permitted within the scope of the intended use of the VAH List for the user's own professional activities, provided that such use does not result in the creation of an independent database or information service or in the systematic further use or exploitation of the provided data.

Any further rights of use may only be granted on the basis of a prior express agreement with the Association of Applied Hygiene (VAH).

Any uses and rights that are mandatorily permitted by applicable law remain unaffected by the above provisions.
